Frequently Asked Questions

We have gathered all our purchasable services on our webshop. Choose the type of data analysis needed, upload your data and fill the required fields. Add the product to the cart, then select the "Check out"-menu at the top of the page and fill in the required fields. Lastly, choose your payment option and complete the purchase.

    Currently, we mostly analyze gene and protein expressions but feel free to ask if you have other data to be processed. If it matches our technology, we can deliver.

    Gene Expressions: with classical gene identifiers, such as ENTREZID and gene name.

    Protein Expressions: with classical gene identifiers, such as UniProtKB AC/ID, ENTREZID and gene name.

    Currently, you can pay through the payment gateway (PensoPay) on our webshop or by requesting an invoice through our Customer Service.

    Since we have our head office in Denmark, we use the Danish tax rules regarding VAT rates.

    Since we provide a service, we act under the EU regulations covered by the rule of 'Reverse Charge', which states that you as a company (within the Europe Union) must specify the VAT yourself. Other countries outside the EU can be consulted through their country's Tax Office to reimburse VAT.
