The sorted cells will go through an advanced sample preparation, where they will be isotope-labeled and multiplexed into a single-cell plate and a booster plate. The booster plate has a higher concentration and captures more good quality MS2 spectra for identification. The single-cell plate is used for the quantification allowing you to compare the relative quantifications.
